ABsolute Core

A 30 minute class devoted entirely to your core. We will strengthen your abs and back thereby providing a strong foundation for all other components of fitness. You will be feeling this class long after it's over.

Aquafit

AquaFit is a total body, low impact exercise class that allows you to get in a great cardiovascular workout in the comfort of a heated pool. Using a flotation belt will allow you to "float" throughout the water, while working your upper and lower muscle groups simultaneously. Many exercises use the resistance of the water, the edge of the deck and pool dumbbells in order to provide extra support for your muscles and joints. You move at your own pace, while our qualified Aquafit instructors guide you through various exercises all set to music that makes you feel more like a guest at a back yard pool party, rather than participating in a fitness class.

Express Bootcamp

A fast paced and fun full body workout combining strength exercises and cardio.

HIIT

High-intensity interval training.  Meant to keep your heart rate UP so you’re constantly burning.  Very little rest time. 

Pilates

Pilates has become a popular form of exercise used for rehabilitation, core strengthening, improved balance and reducing stress levels.  This 60 minute class is an excellent workout for improving posture, stretching, and working on muscle control and precision. Pilates is known to increase proprioceptive awareness of the body, which helps to maintain posture and reduce the likelihood of injury.

Saturday Sweat

The name says it all. This is an intense workout designed to test your strength and endurance.  We will work the entire hour in order to hit every muscle in your body and some you may not even be aware of.  This workout changes every week and is by far, the best way to start the weekend.

SPIN

  • Let's get on our bikes and ride!
  • Intervals - builds cardio...lots of hills with lots of recovery time.
  • Strength - builds muscles...let's climb to the top of that mountain.
  • Endurance - burns fat....steady pace to win the race.  
  • All set to great music of course! The beauty of indoor cycling is that no matter what level of fitness you are, you can tailor your workout to suit your fitness level

Stretch and Core

This 60 minute class is targeted towards strengthening your core muscles and relieving the stress on tired muscles caused by day to day activity and stress. All ages/abilities levels welcomed!

Super Circuits

In this 30-45 minute class, you will work hard. This is a HIIT style workout where you complete multiple exercises in short, full-intensity intervals. This type of training maximizes your fitness and keeps you burning calories long after you leave the class.

TRX/Core

Using body weight, you control the level of intensity of this workout. You will strengthen your entire body through every movement and continue to gain core strength as you use just your bodyweight as resistance. There is no limit to what we can do in this class and it's easily adaptable for any fitness level.

Women on Weights

This is an individualized class that lets every client work at their own fitness level. We combine strength, cardio and endurance movements in order to maximize your results. You will never do the same workout twice

Yoga

This one hour Hatha Yoga session is a powerful tool for self transformation. Hatha Yoga focuses on physical and mental strength building exercises and is recognized as a stress reducing practice. Practicing yoga attempts to balance the mind and body via physical postures and controlled breathing while achieving poise, balance, strength, mobility and improving the body's physical and mental health.

Zumba

“We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
