• Super Circuits

    • In a 30 minute class you are constantly moving and switching stations, & learning new exercises that can be implemented into your own routines in the gym or at home. Participants will experience a unique cross training circuit routine at each class that is designed to improve overall strength and muscular endurance, all while giving you a great cardio workout at the same time!
  • TRX

    • TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual's own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The TRX device is attached to an anchor point.  Each participant then grabs the handles with their hands or attaches their feet in the foot cradles. One simply changes the angle of their body from the ground for the different exercises. Having the ability to change the body's angle allows one to work with more or less body weight which can intensify or modify a specific exercise, thus allowing you to determine the level of intensity of your own workout.
  • Stretch and Core

    • This 60 minute class is targeted towards strengthening your core muscles and relieving the stress on tired muscles caused by day to day activity and stress. All ages/abilities levels welcomed!
  • Pump Up

    • This 60 minute class will have you sculpting all of your muscles using a variety of equipment and added resistance. Frances is excellent at overcoming individual mobility and other types of issues to allow everyone to get the full benefit of the class!
  • Absolute Core

    • A fun & creative 30 minute class that will surely let you feel the burn & see results! This class will focus on training the abdominal & CORE muscles of the abs and lower back. Training the abdominals to be strong improves your posture and muscular endurance, which prevents lower back pain and injury. It is adaptable to all fitness levels, with a variety of exercises that can be modified to suit the beginner, intermediate and advanced participant. You can make this class as intense as you need it to be! Participants will use several different types of equipment such as the Stability Ball, Kettle Bells, and Medicine Balls. This is a great way to strengthen, tone and flatten your abs! YOGA mat (optional - if you wish you may bring your own mat).
  • Spin

    • On Edge SPIN instructors will motivate you and encourage you to push yourself. Although each person may adjust the resistance and cadence (pedal speed) to suit their level of fitness you’ll most likely find SPIN to be a vigorous workout. In a 45 minute class you can burn upwards of 800 Calories! For those who ride outdoors, Spin is a great way to stay in shape in the winter months and it will prepare you for the riding season.
  • Stretch

    • This half hour, floor-based class focuses on improving flexibility, strength and muscle tone. The movements are slow, controlled and fluid with an emphasis on mind and body awareness. The objective is to teach correct breathing and movement techniques to improve posture as well as abdominal and spinal control. It is an exercise class to suit people of all ages and abilities and a relaxing way to strengthen the lower back, mind and body. Each class ends with 5 minutes of meditation. Whether you are looking to stretch those tired muscles after a fitness class/workout or just relieve the stress of the day, this class will leave you feeling energized. *Yoga mats are provided, but you may choose to bring your own.
  • W.O.W. (Women on Weights)

    • This 30 minute class will focus on the use of resistance training equipment (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and bands). It is adaptable to all fitness levels and with a variety of exercises you can make this class as intense as you need it to be! This is a great way to get a total body strength workout! Women are often intimidated by weight training or unsure of how to perform the exercises safely, or they are worried they will get "bulked up". Some key benefits to weight training for women are:

      • decreased risk of osteoporosis

      • decreased risk of injury, lower back pain or arthritis

      • reduced risk of heart disease & diabetes
      • improved attitude / confidence
      • decreased body fat / increased metabolism!
  • Aquafit

    • AquaFit is a total body, low impact exercise class that allows you to get in a great cardiovascular workout in the comfort of a heated pool. Using a flotation belt will allow you to "float" throughout the water, while working your upper and lower muscle groups simultaneously. Many exercises use the resistance of the water, the edge of the deck and pool dumbbells in order to provide extra support for your muscles and joints. You move at your own pace, while our qualified Aquafit instructors guide you through various exercises all set to music that makes you feel more like a guest at a back yard pool party, rather than participating in a fitness class.
  • Yoga

    • This one hour Hatha Yoga session is a powerful tool for self transformation. Hatha Yoga focuses on physical and mental strength building exercises and is recognized as a stress reducing practice. Practicing yoga attempts to balance the mind and body via physical postures and controlled breathing while achieving poise, balance, strength, mobility and improving the body's physical and mental health. 
  • Kettlebell Workout

    • Learn fun and functional exercises using kettlebells to build strength, explosive power, balance and muscular endurance.
  • Bootcamp

    • A fast paced and fun full body workout combining strength exercises and cardio.

  • Mobility & Core

    • This class focuses on engaging and strengthening all the muscles of the core with an emphasis on flexibility and functional movement.
